The Money Is In The Follow Up. Call Your Prospects!

You often hear people say the money is in the follow up, especially if you are in the network marketing industry. There are multiple marketing systems out there which will follow your prospects up automatically with emails and sometimes people do join your business or buy your products without you calling them, but your conversion will be much better if you call your prospects.

The Human Touch
In the information age we are in now, a lot of things are done online. There is a lack of human interaction in our daily life. If you can provide a bit of human touch, you will stand out from the crowd and your prospects will feel more valued and are more likely to join you in your business.

You Can Not Say The Wrong Thing To The Right Person
This is very true. You should not take it personally if someone says no to you. A lot of the time they have already made judgement about your business before you call them. There is absolutely nothing to lose speaking to these people. On the other hand, if someone is a good prospect, he or she will appreciate your call and is unlikely to turn away just because you can’t answer a few of their questions. Having said that, you still need to spend some effort improving your prospecting skill and learn how to close a sale.

There Is No Wrong Time To call
Some people say you shouldn’t call at certain times especially dinner time. However, it is really hard to predict when people have dinner these day as people’s daily routine is very different now, and if you do call when they are having dinner or busy doing something else, they can just decide not to pick up the phone. If you wait for a certain time to call, you will probably never make the call!

What To Say?
Simply introduce yourself, point them to the resources where they can get more information and answer their questions. Have a quick social chat to build your relationship. That is it!
