Making Good Choices

by Ket-Sang Tai

Using the power of decision gives you the capacity to get past any excuse to change any and every part of your life in an instant. ~Anthony Robbins

You’ve got a lot of choices. If getting out of bed in the morning is a chore and you’re not smiling on a regular basis, try another choice. ~Steven D. Woodhull

Success is not about discovering a magic formula, it is not about being lucky and it is also not just about being at the right place at the right time (well, to some extent it is, but you have to choose to take advantage of it), it is about making good choices.

We have to make hundreds of choices everyday, ranging from what to do first thing in the morning, how to response to unpleasant situations, what to eat, how to spend our spare time etc. Every choice we make determine who we are and who we will become.

If you have 2 hours free time in the evening, do you choose to watch your favourite TV program or do you read a book on self development? If the weather is great (we don’t get that¬†often in England), do you go for a jog or do you go to the pub for some beer and a burger? If someone critisize you, do you simply resent it or do you take the points and reflect on yourself?

For those of you in network marketing, have you ever come across people saying they don’t have the money to get started but then you realise they have the money to go for holiday or buy a new entertainment system? They made a choice.

Success is about making good choices everyday and taking action. Of course sometimes we do make bad choices because we are human, the important thing is we have to learn from it.

So think about everything you do on a daily basis and the choices you make. Have you made a good choice?

I am quite impressed of what you say, a young guy equipped with comprehensive knowledge like you not only can climb the success ladder but also can do good deeds by solving others’ problems.

I am not sure whether you will answer my this question, may be on commercial points of view, you might turn down on me.

I am in the midst of joining GDI business which I presume you are aware and know it in and out. But I am doubtful about its business plan and its success rate, eventhough the amount of money for investment is little to be worried, I do not want to waste my time.

    What do you think?
