The Greatest Pleasure of a Trainer or Teacher

I love to teach and train. Although I always call myself a marketer, but in fact I am more like a trainer or teacher. In my opinion, the greatest pleasure or achievement does not come from sponsoring or recruiting a lot of people into my business, or from making more money this month. The greatest pleasure of all is from seeing my students or team members doing great and challenging me at the top!

I was so excited earlier today when I checked the leaderboard of my primary business. Not because I am on there, but because two of my team members are on there too!

Let me explain. This board shows the total number of new members they enroll in the first 2 weeks of June, and this is a global leaderboard where tens of thousands of people globally are using this system. Just to top it up, Moon Loh has only been in the business for 4 weeks and Louie Garcia has only been in the business for 2 weeks!

Sponsoring 5 people in the first 2 weeks in a network marketing business is not an easy task unless you have a list of thousands of contacts, and Louie certainly does not have that. I can’t really take too much credit for that actually, I think it is a result of Moon and Louie’s determination and the great system we have.

I want to take this opportunity to say well done to Moon and Louie for doing tremendously well. I admire both of you.
